An Engagement at the Society Clubhouse: Jalebi-Rabri, a Kulfi Station and a Happy Family

When a family in Greater Noida West started planning their sister's engagement, they had three options on the table: a banquet hall, a farmhouse, or their own society clubhouse. The clubhouse won, mostly because it cost a fraction of the other two. The question was whether a clubhouse party could still feel special.

What the guests remember

The jalebi-rabri counter and the kulfi station. Hot jalebis dipped in cold rabri are a Bihari favourite, and we serve them fresh on the spot rather than pre-plated. By the end of the evening the kulfi station had a queue of its own.
