Patna Caterers does the part that tires the family out: a satvik kitchen for the bhog, modak and mithai for the prasad, and tea-snacks for the aarti crowd, across Noida, Greater Noida West and Ghaziabad.

What do we cater during Ganpati?

• Sthapana day bhoj: the first big meal after the idol is installed, 30 to 300 guests, fully satvik

• Daily aarti snacks: chai, poha, sabudana khichdi, upma or sheera for the evening crowd, delivered or served

• Prasad: modak, laddu, pedha and boxes of mithai for guests and for society distribution

• Visarjan day lunch: a bigger bhoj before the procession, often with a live counter or two

• Society pandal catering: cultural evening dinners and bhandara-style lunches for 500 to 1,000+ residents

What is on the Ganpati bhog menu?

Satvik by default, cooked in separate vessels, from ₹589 per plate. We mix the Maharashtrian favourites families expect with the North Indian and Bihari dishes our kitchens are known for:

• Bhog classics: ukadiche modak, puran poli, shrikhand-puri, sabudana khichdi, varan-bhaat

• Mains: paneer in a tomato gravy, dal, kadhi, aloo dum, seasonal sabzi, kaddu ki sabzi

• Breads and rice: puri, roti, jeera rice or plain basmati

• Sides: raita, salad, papad, achaar and chutney

• Sweets: modak, motichoor laddu, kheer, gulab jamun, live jalebi with rabri

Modak, laddu and prasad boxes

Fresh steamed and fried modak, motichoor and besan laddu, pedha and barfi, packed in boxes for guests or in bulk for society distribution after aarti. Tell us the count per day and we deliver it fresh each evening. Live jalebi or any other live counter is ₹6,999 for 50+ guests.

Mandap, tent and seating

For a home we build a floral mandap for Bappa with marigold, roses and drapes, plus a backdrop and lighting for the aarti photos. For a society pandal we bring the tent, stage, chairs, lights, fans and sound. How much does Ganpati catering cost?

A sthapana-day bhoj for 100 on the satvik menu is about ₹58,900 for food. Home functions start at about 25 guests; society pandals can go past 1,000.

How does booking work?

1. WhatsApp us the dates, venue and the number of guests on the big days.

2. Tell us what you need daily (snacks, prasad) and what you need on sthapana and visarjan day.

3. Get a clear menu and quote, usually the same day.

4. Confirm the dates. August to September is busy, so two to three weeks ahead is safe.
